Recently I managed to upset both my Wife and my Sister-In-Law (who was also in Zambia at the time). I had let my mouth run loose and I was in the doghouse big time. So I went to the local florist and explained my situation. Her response: "You're going to have to spend a lot of money to fix this."
Lesson Learned - Not everything in Zambia is different from America.
